Floris, the founder of Elevating Hospitality, boasts an impressive career as the former General Manager of prestigious luxury properties such as Château St. Gerlach (member of Relais & Châteaux) and Kruisherenhotel in Maastricht (member of Design Hotels), while serving on the Board of Directors at Oostwegel Collection. He has also led operational teams at renowned 5-star establishments in Amsterdam, notably NH Collection Barbizon Palace and NH Collection Doelen, where he successfully coordinated refurbishment and rebranding projects in collaboration with a Michelin starred chef and HQ Madrid.
Besides a robust background in Food & Beverage, Floris possesses strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail, supported by an MSc in Business Strategy. Furthermore, he plays an active role in prominent network organizations such as Hotel Leaders Network and Hotel Vrijmibo.

Before founding TRIBE NL in 2021, an ever-growing international community of hospitality professionals, Natalia accumulated 20 years of strategic and operational experience in hotels. As General Manager and Operational Manager at various prominent Amsterdam hotels, she led significant (pre-)openings, refurbishments and rebrandings, including the launch of a new lifestyle brand: Park Centraal.
Her F&B expertise extends to projects like being part of the F&B European Committee of IHG or supporting the launch of Intercontinental Hotel Dieu in Marseille. Known for her extensive network, Natalia has served on the board of AF&BM and as a jury member for the Entree Awards, further enhancing her influence in the industry.
Natalia’s goal with Elevating Hospitality is to (co-)create environments where people and teams feel safe to learn from each other, embrace diversity and grow by making others shine.

- Operational excellence: As Operations Manager, led the full operation of the hotel, earning the “Best Crowne Plaza of the Year” award and the “IHG Green Engage Award” in 2016. Consistently maintained a spot in IHG’s “Out in Front Club” for top-performing European hotels.
- Strategic leadership as ExCom member: ensuring strong performance across all key areas: Commercial, Financial, HR, and Business Reputation strategies.
